How dentalcorp successfully repatriated and migrated patient data to Canada

As one of the largest networks

of dental practices in Canada, dentalcorp faced a unique challenge when, in 2015, the Treasury Board of Canada stopped allowing Canadian companies to store non-public, personal, or sensitive data outside of Canada. This new policy meant that dentalcorp would have to migrate all their stored data from a cloud service provider in Australia to one in Canada. After an intensive RFP process involving nine companies, Carbon60 was selected to manage this global migration for dentalcorp.
